How does your application differ from what I am currently using?

What happens to my data if I decide to cancel or leave?
You can take all your contact info names, phone numbers, emails, email addresses with you with one click export. Same with forms and surveys. You keep your gmail or outlook calendar that you own. Also, if you have an external website like shopify, woocommerce or square, you keep the website and domain forever.
What if I already have a website or online store and I don’t want to start over?
No problem, we can integrate and connect your online store so you can still use our automations and workflows with your existing store. Examples of this would be our abandoned cart or google review automations for purchasers. Simple integration is available for shopify, square, wordpress and woocommerce.
What kind of training and support do you have?
First, you will get setup and onboarded on a live call with one of our specialists. They will show you how everything works on the initial call and then followup with you as needed to answer questions. Support is also available 24/7 by txt, email, and chat. We also have an entire video library and online training module explaining all the fine details for anything you need to do.
I am not very techy, how hard is this to do?
